@josefrousek @NetlifyCMS @abtris Woohoo!

@davatron5000 Agree that tests running long term can get fiddly. I think that A/B tests should always have sensible lifespans for sensible measurement & iterations. But I've had a few comments along those lines.

@davatron5000 Yeah, the fact that both versions are served under prod conditions is crucial for fair measurements. I got pretty excited about this.
But how to track the results? @Netlify can expose the underlying branch name to Google Analytics thanks to an environment variable and some post-processing.

@una, @chrisdhanaraj Related to my enthusiastic handwaving yesterday about A/B testing with @Netlify ... it's rather fun and easy to do this, and then go further and create a "opt in" UI for Snazzy New Features™ on your site. Like this:

@comedyincrown (I'm the one on the left)
@RyanTownsend Thanks Ryan! That means a lot to me. I'm still very new to this video lark.
I'm recording these with a Marantz MPM-2000U Studio Condenser. A generous gift from @rga when I left.
(Literally a gift. I don't mean that I stole it like all those post-it notes.)
I've said too much

you can use this @Netlify feature for other things too: https://twitter.com/philhawksworth/status/969190271480205312

A crafty little trick on @Netlify - use the built-in Split Testing feature to power an "opt-in to my beta" section of your site.

@charis ALL 4?! Wow. Was that hard?
@glenlarge @gouyclub @SLHYork Buy the single from either Amazon, Google Music or Apple Music (links in earlier tweet).... and then *spread the word*! (@gouyclub might possibly take direct contributions for @SLHYork too)
@zellwk @SaraSoueidan @Netlify Hmm. I have a similar form on my site which looks ok. I just tried yours @SaraSoueidan and it appeared to post. Perhaps look in the Forms section of your site admin to see if content got in. If so, perhaps a config issue with the notification? No issues in the system I know of.

Beaming with pride at my big bro and the rest of the @gouyclub who are trying to hustle into the charts to raise money and awareness for @SLHYork, a hospice in York which is close to my heart.
What if there was a tweed-based ukulele band in the charts instead of just ring tones? https://twitter.com/yorksworths/status/968910586007441409

- Did you ask him?
- Yep.
- What did he say?
- I think he's leaning towards a "no". https://twitter.com/mrnickharvey/status/968813264137277441

@djm_ Me too! Not certain if this is @SlackHQ or @googlechrome... and had started to think it was a MacOS oddity.
@csswizardry @dafedorg 11 times a year?! Looks brilliant.
@decrepit_webdev @Netlify Yay! (@denzphee is one of the excellent @Netlify support engineers who teach me things on a *daily* basis!)
