@davatron5000 @notwaldorf @stecodes We restructured our pricing model recently so that different features could be metered and charged individually, and made the value exchange more obvious in an effort to help this.
You're not the first to ask though. I'll ask if there has been specific thinking about it.
@stecodes @notwaldorf You're in Leeds, @stecodes? Not a million miles away : https://s10wen.com/blog/2018/05/04/mcrfred-60-phil-hawksworth/
I'll bring a few to that. If you're there, you'll get first dibs.

@notwaldorf @stecodes I'll see you in June. New bills only please. Nothing larger than a 20. I prefer airline cases to holdalls.
@__ted__ @Netlify I used it in a little experiment to build a URL shortener... basically just building this config on demand after a new URL is submitted via a form:

@__ted__ @Netlify To be clear, my silly example showed lambda, but you can proxypass to anywhere. Passing things invisbily to your Java API is totally on the table with this.

@nhoizey @smashingmag Ha ha! (FWIW, I was asked to do this MUCH earlier)
Quick! Watch all the things!!!

@nhoizey @smashingmag Sadly (and happily) I've got a bit of a full dance card for the next month or so.
@TomKout @smashingmag Great!
@NikkitaFTW @swyx @hswolff Nah, @netlify have soft limits on traffic too. We'd have kept serving and worked something out. (And we were too busy enjoying looking at the site to have cut you off)
But, massive kudos to @zeithq nonetheless. Classy.

RT @DalaiLama: Compassion is of little value if it just remains an idea. It must motivate how we respond to others and be reflected in allβ¦
@crgeary I think that @vuejs with @nuxt_js is a pretty sweet combo, and they are really heating up at the moment.
Also, working with @eleven_ty is a delight.

@simonw Yeah, it's a pain. That's why @Netlify built a Functions workflow. The link below will clone a starter repo containing Lambda functions, link it to a new site, add CI, enable unlimited staging envs...

This is a fascinating look inside @Netlify at just a bit of the work being done by the Platform team.
Always calm under pressure, but this is taking the piss!

@clarklab @davatron5000 @Netlify You might not be able to compare now to pre-netlify, but since every deploy gets a URL you'll always be able to compare your latest red hot performance tweaks to the way things were at the start of your Netlify journey. β±π°
