The archive of what I posted on Twitter, which I now self host due to a lack of trust in Twitter and some other reasons.

I'll soon begin refelcting all my Mastodon posts here too. I'm happier self-hosting or maintaining an archive of my content on URLs that I can own.

There are tools to help you do this too. Such as this one from the makers of Eleventy.

@soulislove @TheRealNooshu @SiteSpeedio @Netlify I suspect you might want to set custom headers in what is being served by @Netlify. You can have complete control over that via either _headers file or the netlify.toml config.

Docs are here: https://www.netlify.com/docs/headers-and-basic-auth/

@raniesantos32 @Netlify @github Running builds is a small part of the puzzle 🙂

One of the things that drew me to @Netlify in the first place was that I could forget lots of complexity that lives below the waterline.

But it is still there! Just not my concern.

@wesbos @nilsmielke @notwaldorf @chriscoyier @stolinski @biilmann @jamstackconf I spy @wesbos and @stolinski angling for a trip that would yield tea and crumpets.

👏 I can only applaud that!

@sarah_edo Yes! We've been so looking forward to sharing some of the capabilities that this will bring. Bravo @GitHub!

I get asked about monorepo support all the time. Now, thanks to GitHub Actions, it's here! https://twitter.com/Netlify/status/1052614729489879041

Yes! So pleased that this can now go live!
There are great possibilities here.

The @Netlify GitHub Actions are open source. Fascinating to see where this could go!

@FilipHavrlent @Netlify Wonderful!

I find that these go down well:
- Branch / Preview builds
- Rolling back to old builds
- Form handling & submission API
- Notifications, webhooks, triggers

I show a few of these here, if that's useful:

Good luck with the workshop, Filip!

Too much fun over the weekend playing with @eleven_ty to rebuild my website.
I wanted:

- Data sourced from @benotist, Twitter, IG
- Easily theme-able blog pages with little CSS
- Solid Lighthouse score
- Lighter/fun development experience

https://hawksworx.com so far...

Possibly a handy example for those using (the excellent @benotist) to share presentations:

✍️ Manage your presentations on @notist
🥤 Slurp up you content via their JSON feeds
🤖 Generate event listings on your site with @eleven_ty
🌐 Serve on @netlify
