@GillSibthorpe @adactio @csswizardry @jaffathecake @stopsatgreen @NorthBrewCo @anagasston @jenross83 Heroes are made in such moments.
@andrewlaughland It's stunning!
@adactio @csswizardry @GillSibthorpe @jaffathecake @stopsatgreen @NorthBrewCo @anagasston @jenross83 We do as we're told.
Gill: Beer?
Us: Ok, if we must.
Gill: Halloumi fries with mint and pomegranate?
Us: We just can't live like this... but ok, if it will stop the violence.
Pray for us.

Still rather buzzing after hosting @comedyincrown's first pro night with 4 wonderful acts including our secret headliner, @Halcruttenden.
A packed, yet intimate room full of people having a wonderful time. Can't wait for the next one!

@Risyandi94 @VeryThorough @Netlify @lsostlukes I believe you are right. The instruments were in the room we used, which was a practice room at At Luke's - used by the London Symphony Orchestra.
We'll spotted!

@jaybowles_ @Netlify There are a lot of third party services for adding hosted forms to a static site. @chriscoyier lists a bunch of them here:
https://thepowerofserverless.info/services.html#web-forms
I might be a little biased, but I think that @Netlify forms, as you suggested is the most convenient and unobtrusive option.

@jonasgroendahl @Netlify Great!
If a little reference is helpful, I use them here: https://github.com/philhawksworth/jamstack-comments-engine/blob/master/src/lambda/comment-handler.js
And a little more info where to set them in the admin, and also some handy built-in environment variables can be found here:

@jonasgroendahl @Netlify If you want to avoid the code ever being somewhere public, you'd probably want to use a private code repo, which is totally viable.
Often though, you might find that there are just secrets in your code (auth creds etc) which you can abstract away into env variables.

@davedelong @Netlify @DreamHost I see. Our support team will be waaay better than advising on common DNS configuration gotchas than I. Have you reached out to them? (assuming that you're not currently in total email limbo!)
@raymondcamden Ha ha ha.
@davedelong @DreamHost @Netlify *email* issues?
If you haven't already, I recommend contacting our support team at support@netlify.com who will do their best to help you.

Looking forward to this. I'l present an introduction to #JAMstack and then explore one or two interesting examples of unexpected places where this stack can be very effective.
But mostly, I just want to attend in order to hear from @raymondcamden! https://twitter.com/fresheventsfl/status/989587174831116290

Well this entire night was a treat! Great acts from start to finish, and a room full to the brim with a wonderful audience!
♥️💛💚💙
A thrill to be able to introduce @Masudmilas, @BenWPope, @FayeTreacy and our ruddy excellent mystery headliner @Halcruttenden. https://twitter.com/comedyincrown/status/989631439615479808

@KevinDoocey @Real_CSS_Tricks @Netlify I don't see why not. Every build ingests comments from an API and bakes them into the site, so as long as you can get your existing comments in a structured format you should be able to absorb them.
I also like to commit the comments.json file to my repo for safekeeping.

@Eastmad @comedyincrown You will always be my fresh prince.

Tonight's a big night for @comedyincrown! Our first ticketed gig (now sold out), with some professional acts including a mystery big wig off the telly!
Should be loads of fun.

@ardennl @CodePen @vuejs @popmotionjs @contentful @Netlify I sign of getting that right, is if you feel compelled to do your own sound effects whenever you see the interaction.
