Trying to improve something I've written... by deleting most of the words that I wrote.

@AshlynnPolini @trostcodes I'll get back in box

@trostcodes ...coming as an exclusive boxset this holiday season...

@trostcodes You are too kind!
My links & intros were rightly edited out prior to posting. Minutes of rambling on about how much I love the next speaker, and people's desk setups doesn't age all that well.
But there should be an all-Phil, only-Phil director's cut!
/cc @AshlynnPolini 💰

I create a lot of new git repositories.
It took about 60 seconds to change the default branch name from "master" to "main" whenever I run "git init" in the future.
This told me all I needed:

@AndyDavies @charis Same!

@petervangrieken I kind of assumed that and the notes would be in another window. I still see the slide thumbnails in the touchbar. (Seeing the slide navigator in the touchbar is the best use of the touchbar I've found)

@charis True. In fact I like to shuffle my slides into a random order moments before presenting. Just to keep the performance "fresh"

@petervangrieken Same.
Gah! So close to being excellent.

@petervangrieken Gahh! Why are these not in another window!?

Oh thank goodness!
No more leap-of-faith remote presentations. https://twitter.com/clagnut/status/1281525273649979392

@trostcodes Wow. That's quite the complement. Especially after seeing how slick this was! I love that format. Congrats!
I have to be honest though, after hearing there would be a @philhawksworth impression, I was hoping for more comedy English accents.

Wow. This is an absolute delight. https://twitter.com/SaraSoueidan/status/1281273815700574209

@codebeast @Netlify @sarah_edo @jlengstorf ohhhhh. So close. But nope.
Strike 3, @codebeast!
I suppose it shows we're evolving a team communication style :)

@DavidDarnes @Mr_Luke @benjaminreid A prime example of my needing less, but wanting more explanation.
You had me at nacho.

@evanderkoogh @swyx @samselikoff That's my preference. But it's nice to have control over this.
And it can depend on the the level of activity in those dependencies I guess. YMMV, but I like having the ability to decide if these will automatically build, or if I'd prefer to do some manual checks myself.

Lots of people have asked for 2FA for their @Netlify accounts. So this is some good news. https://twitter.com/Netlify/status/1280761039051767809

@swyx @samselikoff That’s smart!
[skip ci] and [skip netlify] are in the docs already. But that is a nice example of applying it.
