@ndmccormack Yeah, that's one of the liberating things about static sites. Simple high performance hosting is cheap and easy to secure.
@ndmccormack I've yet to try, but since @jekyllrb outputs a deployable static site, any risks are at build time, not in prod. Easy to test.
Collections land in @jekyllrb v2.0.0 alpha. This could soon replace some plugins which make hosting gh-pages tricky. http://jekyllrb.com/docs/collections
