@sebastienlorber @Netlify FWIW, I still try be measured in what events I use to trigger builds. For instance, I used fire a build hook to Netlify from @contentful after every content save... which, I discovered, was every keystroke π³
A quick tweak in Contentful changed that to fire just on publish. π

@JayIsAngry @smashingmag @ianfeather It's hard to genralize for every type of thing we might build for the web, but in general I tend to agree. And Ian's talk made that point rather well.
@iTomHanson @rafahari @Netlify @OvercastFM Tom, while these aren't from @Netlify, you might still be interested in these great podcasts where I got to have some nice Netlify chatter:

@AlanHogan @ianfeather The message was brilliantly and deflty delivered. Relieved you've not proof read any of my slides after I delivered them. I've made slips with apostrophe's and other things far worse than this.
@katie_fenn @jaffathecake Yeah. Outrageously good.
@RyanTownsend @Netlify Good guess... But not me.

#AllDayHey Kudos to @cehwitham, @kershawstrength and @invisibleflock for their excellent lightning talks which each brought us different reasons to pause for thought. Very good indeed.

Says @ianfeather at #AllDayHey β "our monitoring tells us that around 1% of requests for JavaScript on BuzzFeed timeout. That's around 13 million requests per month."
