In that case are your other URLs working as entry points to the site? It might be a redirects issue if this is a client-side SPA

@mattyfromle @Netlify The way that Netlify creates the endpoint that forms can then post to, is by looking for form elements in the html during the build. So if the form is rendered client-side only, then it won't get detected. Seen this?

@mattyfromle @Netlify Does your form exist on a page as html, Matty? That's the most common misstep when using Netlify Forms with a JavasScript framework.
