@lynchy010 @jgarber Totally agree. I'm uneasy with the idea that these are empty app shells + a bunch of JS. I think the term is intended to be much broader than that.
The trouble with "static" is that it tends to conjure images of the site's behavior more than of the way it is hosted on a CDN
