Deploy Contexts give lots of control (here are the docs for that: https://docs.netlify.com/site-deploys/overview/?utm_source=twitter&utm_medium=support-pnh&utm_campaign=devex#deploy-contexts)
..or you can control what will trigger a build in your @Netlify admin.
